We are always in need of Bibles, we thank the Lord that the Gideons supplies us with their hotel change outs. They are King James and New King James Bibles. We would also like to be able to give inmates used study Bibles that are in good condition. Many folks have Bibles on their shelves that have not been opened in years. Please consider donating these Bibles or used Christian books that are in good condition to the ministry. I am amazed at the amount of reading that takes place in the Summit County Jail, and we as a ministry want to be able to provide literature to the inmates upon their request at no cost to them.
Please make sure that used literature coming into the jail does not have ribbons or external book tabs. There can also be no metal so this would eliminate zippers as well.
