Even before we formed Broken Chains Ministry in 2004, we as founders knew that the social dilemma of our high crime and recidivism rate was a total community concern and a total community responsibility. The needs represented are greater than any one organization could ever meet as a free standing entity. Therefore we seek to secure and sustain not only financial, but moral and civic support. Our focus is to include the entire community in this effort so that the entire community directly benefits from the work of this ministry. Our community is our family, and as a family we believe there is strong support for the idea of collaboration.
