Akron Law Cares Volunteers for Lydia’s Home

Lydia's Home is grateful to Professor Joann Sahl, Esq., J.D., and the law students at the University of Akron School of Law for their volunteer service during the 11th Annual Akron Law Cares day of service. Thank you for rolling up your sleeves and helping us complete some maintenance and landscaping projects around the property.

The University of Akron School of Law provides broad-based legal education and training that prepares students for a professional career in law and other sectors in Ohio and beyond.

The 11th Annual Akron Law Cares day of service saw 121 students volunteer at 12 different organizations in the surrounding Akron area. Lydia’s Home is thankful to have been a part of this great initiative for the past three years, and we are looking forward to future collaboration with this dedicated group of students.
